The Lodge is tucked back on Route 1 between scenic Mount Battie and beautiful Penobscot Bay, only one mile north of Camden’s quaint downtown shops, restaurants and harbor.
Camden is a four-season town and a wonderful place to enjoy the Maine coast. With activities to satiate any interest, Camden is a perfect place for families and couples alike. Nature lovers can enjoy 5,500 acres of hiking and biking trails throughout Camden Hills State Park, a whale watching boat ride, or a daytrip fishing at Lake Megunticook. If you’d rather soak up some local culture, visit the Farnsworth Art Museum, the Penobscot Marine Museum, or take a leisurely stroll downtown and visit the numerous local art galleries and beautiful Camden library, garden and amphitheater.
