The Lodge at Camden Hills


Fourteen beautifully renovated units span our nine-acre property, which has easy access to a new bicycle path into town, 5,500 acres of state park, and a panoramic view of the water. The Lodge offers several options for your stay, with guest rooms ranging from modestly priced efficiencies to luxurious cottages complete with fireplace and hot tub.

Suite Suite Suite Suite	Suite Recently redecorated and refurbished, these beautiful rooms feature a queen size bed, comfortable sitting area, galley kitchen, and large deck with scenic bay views. (in season $200 off season $160)

Bi-Level Suite Bi-Level Suite Bi-Level Suite Bi-Level Suite	Bi-level Suite A large split-level room provides extra space and comfort with an open-air feel, punctuated by beautiful views of the bay. Furnished with a queen size bed, lower-level sitting area, wood-burning fireplace, and galley kitchen. (in season $180 off season $145)

Guest Room Guest Room Guest Room	Guest Room Hillside rooms with a comfortable floor plan, either one king or two double beds, a cozy sitting area, and picturesque views of the bay. (in season $150 off season $99)

	Efficiency Guest Room Very cozy, this guest room is perfect for one or two people and offers a beautiful view of the bay. Furnished with small sitting area, galley kitchen, and full bath. (in season $150 off season not available)

	Traditional Guest Room A comfortable guest room for two that offers a pleasant view of the bay. Outfitted with queen size bed, oversize private bath with stall shower, and small refrigerator. (in season $100 off season not available)

Fine Print
Room Features All rooms include cable television, in-room coffee and tea, deck, bay views, and other appointments to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Accessibility Our Cottage and Traditional Guest Room are both fully accessible units. Payment Rates are quoted per night for double occupancy. Extra persons will be charged $25 per night or a maximum of $100 per week. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. Room Guarantees A deposit in the amount of one night’s stay is required to guarantee your reservation. For stays of four nights or more we request a 50 percent deposit. We will send you a confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit. Personal checks must be received within seven days of making your reservation to guarantee your room. There is a $25 processing fee on cancelled reservations. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within two weeks of reservation date. Special Promotions Our special offers are available only when reservations are made directly through The Lodge (no third party reservations). Please mention the special of your choice when making your reservation. Promotions may not be combined with other discounts including AAA, AARP, etc. Coming and Going Check in is between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late so that we may make arrangements to accommodate you. Check out time is 11:00am. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are applicable to any visit, any time of the year and on any of our rooms. Call us or stop by our front desk for more information. Personalized certificates for a special someone are a great gift idea and a very special treat! Pets There is a $20 fee for pets per night. Well-groomed and well-behaved pets are welcome provided advance notice is given. Pets must be kept quiet at all times. Pets may not be left in the room unattended and must be kept off of the furniture and out of the bathtubs and hot tubs. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. You are welcome to smoke in the great outdoors.
